Sushi Florist Patrick crafts an exquisite culinary experience, featuring unique delights like Kama toro sashimi, Kogashima A5 Kobe Sando on Japanese milk bread, his signature desert Crispy Burnt Unagi with Nutella Eel sauce, and much more. Engaging with his artisan work is truly unforgettable. Personally, Patrick is extremely warm and charismatic.

We had our kids, significant others and my parents in for the holidays. We had wanted to do something fun and different for dinner one night - and after some research decided to reach out to Chef Patrick from Sushi Florist. He really did a great job with my wife figuring out the best way to do the event and a menu that everyone would love. He arrived right on time - and you could tell he does this a lot. Hired Sushi Florist for a private house party with friends. Choosing the menu was easy, Chef Patrick Giles and crew showed up right on time, set-up and created the best sushi dinner ever. 12 course meal was ridiculous start to finish. Can't thank Chef Giles enough!

Out of this world, next level, awesome!!! I have had a lot of sushi at top restaurants over the years and nothing even comes close to this! The presentation was pure art and the quality is incomparable. No joke, words don't do any justice. I have never seen anything at this level in my life. If you really want to make an impression, this is where you go. People will be talking about this for a very long time.
