I love the seared salmon and tuna and since you typically request these from the staff, they come fresh. The black plates are yummy but $$. Lot's of kid bait on the conveyor so you have to watch it when you are with the kiddos. Been going for years and recent management changes have made it seem cleaner and more flavorful... probably just our perception.
This was our first time here we love the sushi and everyone is so nice! I recommend it!
They don’t care or know about quality. Not fresh. Poor food handling methods too.
Fair quality. Prices a bit high for what you get. The loyalty program is a joke. After 10 visits you get 10% off your next visit.
Totally downhill after new ownership. Fake wasabi has no spice or flavor and is filled out in tiny cups. Everything is filled with cheap crab salad and mayo. Half the plates are generic packaged snacks. Prices went up. Place was dead at 6pm. I expect this place to fold by the end of the year.
Sushi was good but service was terrible. Under new ownership and customer service seems to have suffered. Waited 10 minutes before some took our drink order. Only after we flagged someone down. We're completely ignored the rest of our meal. No drink refills no service at all. Very disappointed as it used to be excellent customer service. Some new items were good but service out weighed them. Will think hard about returning. Miss the old owners and staff.
Fun staff, always willing to make what you don't see...
Lunch doesn't offer as much variety as the evening/dinner BUT always a home run when we come here! Since we live in ARLINGTON (sad!) it's not often, but when in Woodinville or passing through it's a MUST GO!
