Food was fair. I've had better in suburban strip malls in Denver, San Diego and Houston. Cleanliness was fair. The soy sauce bottles were stuck to the table. Service was poor. He never checked on me after my food was delivered. The first check was about 5 minutes after I had finished my first order of two rolls. He walked past me several times. Amazing restaurant and even more amazing chef!
Outstanding food, wonderful wait staff..but that Head Chef Stan is hard to beat. What an amazing culinary artist with a killer personality!
