Sushi Bella in Desert Hot Springs was such an unexpected find…honestly, some of the best sushi I’ve had in California, and I cannot believe I found it all the way out in the desert. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The nigiri was beautifully cut and buttery, the specialty rolls were generous without being overloaded, and the crispy shrimp hand roll was ridiculously satisfying. They are great people, the food is very good, I've tried California Rolls here which are scrumptious The Fried California rolls are really tasty as well ask for spicy mayo too
This little sushi spot shares the parking lot with El Matador, and they are both fantastic. We had great sushi - fresh and delicious- during our visit. The sweet couple running the place are kind, friendly and efficient. Recommended for any sushi lovers visiting the area.
