Great for this missing big city life! – This is the place to go if you are used to real, good sushi that you would get at the best places in LA or NY. The hibachi is also great and the snow crab cakes are to die for! The service is usually good but there is a wait ot 30-45 minutes on Fri/Sat night if you don't reserve! It's nice that you can sit at a regular table OR a hibachi grill for the show. Sounds like not enough Saki for senator – but if you want excellant Sushi in Charlotte with a young crowd atmosphere, this is the place. Not everyone can do sushi right, but this place compares with New York and San Francisco. There is eye candy for everyone here.
What is the concept really? – I am confused. I don't know whether I'm in a rock and roll bar, or a disco or a sports bar. The food is so-so, you can get this in any "sushi" restaurant, nothing different. I can't barely hear with the loud music. The manager was rude, the server had no clue.
