I went in this morning 11/03/2025 for my Veterans evaluation, I was introduced to Dr Susha Verghese. I have a hard time hearing but she spoke to me not looking at me most of the time. I had request that they look at me prior. She was very cold and not so inviting more so wanted to get to business and move on. I was put in a small booth with the door open my claustrophobia kicked in I was uncomfortable and was not concentration on the wording just the size of the booth.
