Susan is amazing. Not only was she able to help me out with an amazing insurance but explain everything to me and break it down to a point where I was able to full understand my policy. In my over 26 yrs of customer service work amd contact I have NEVER dealt with someone as Professional As Susan. While dealing with another insurance agent she was calm and tried to help the agent understand what we needed, only to be cut off by the uneducated agent. She helped solve the issues and never got short with the uncooperative agent. She is an amazing leader!!
