The worst nail experience of my life! As a new mom this was my first self care appointment in a year I was looking forward to this so much. Everyone was rude and the experience was mid. He dropped the file tool to scrub the feet for calluses and he didn’t get a new one or sanitize it…GROSS!!! He never asked if I liked it. This will be my very last time going to this place. I keep my nails pretty short and they were all uneven so I wanted a nice manicure to even them out. Well I got stuck with Eugene he did not want to even out my nails. He said this is how its supposed to be. Uneven??? I had to actually argue with him to do what I WANTED.
Went here to get my nails done they had one person in the whole place and said they couldn’t take me. Terrible business lol won’t be back.
