RecommendedA beautiful fall afternoon excursion to this family owned nursery in Boyds, MD with our dear neighbors. Getting free chauffeured by Nelson, a very knowledgeable and generous staff, to check out spectacular specimen trees inside this hidden landscape paradise was such a treat. We drove past this place so many times and never noticed the low key sign. It’s a joy to visit even if you are not looking to buy plants.

We visited this nursery today and were in awe of the magnificent grounds. The owner was very hospitable and took us on a tour of their stunning Japanese maples and other specimens! We will be returning in April to make our selections. A must-see, top notch nursery!

One of the best nurseries for conifers you can find. The grounds are a sight to see, and the staff is friendly and helpful as can be. I stole a few pictures while there of the most amazing set of willows and paper bark maple. I hope the staff doesn’t mind me sharing!
They have wonderful and unusual plants not found at other nurseries in our area - excellent quality in a beautiful setting so you can see mature plants and trees.
