I love Suzy Chapman and felt like I had a great appointment with her. She gave me some new suggestions that made me optimistic. My only complaint about my visit is she sent me down to the lab for blood work. The lab kept saying they didn't have the order. They said they called her office and she was with a patient. After an hour I went up to her office. The receptionist there said the order was in and the lab was messed up. It was ridiculous that I waited an hour when I think the lab really did have the order.
Very pleasant staff and good information.
Waited 30 min for the provider to see me in the exam room. Heard and saw another patient that came 15 min after me get seen and treated before me. I was never examined and told to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy and that the office would follow up with me and contact me to schedule my next appointment. For 2 months never heard from the office even though results were sent to Chapman's office. 8000 dollars later still no relief. Malpractice at its best. No care or follow up for patient.
