I lived in Cambridge when Susanna first opened, many years ago. Now I live in the Pacific Northwest and visit Susanna whenever I am anywhere near the Boston area. Recently you posted a video about some new items in your store and I sent a message asking to buy something I'd seen. I am so happy with it as I always am with your clothing and accessories. I love shopping at Susanna's- great selection of wearable clothes at great price point. Amy and her staff are helpful, warm and never pushy. Amy's videos have been great for seeing what's new in the store and either going in to shop or having something mailed- a terrific service. Looking forward to more spring arrivals!

Susanna's is the best! I've ordered numerous gifts as well as items for myself and everything is adorable. It also can come gift wrapped which is amazing! All the gifts I have given are unique and extremely affordable. I highly recommend.
I have ordered several items from Susanna’s and not only are the items beautiful, but very affordable for the quality. Susanna’s has the most unique jewelry, gloves, and accessories. Can’t possibly tell you how easy it is to order from your store. I told Amy what I loved and she literally responded to me in 5”. Within 5 days I had a package at my door with a beautiful new scarf wrapped in pretty tissue paper and a personal note!!! Will absolutely order this way again. Can’t wait to come to Boston and check out your store in person but until then keep up the videos so I can order more things���

This place is great! I can always find something for myself or for gifts, regardless of the persons age or style. There seems to always be something for everyone! Everyone who works there is also super nice and helpful! Amy is unbelievable and always has great suggestions on what to wear and how to wear it! I would recommend this store to anyone!
