Susanna is one of my favorite places to shop - you are so much more than a customer there, it feels like family. My favorite clothing store. They have so much variety, a great range of sizes, and all of the clothes are unique. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ican’t stay away from Susanna.
I recently ordered a shirt from Susanna after watching a video that Amy posted showing some of their new inventory. When I reached out they responded very quickly! I was able to order and pay that same day. I paid for 5 day shipping and received the package 2 days later- I was very impressed considering I live halfway across the US! The shirt looks just like it did on the video! So gorgeous! ��
Susanna is a one of a kind store with something for every woman who walks in the door. Not too many places can say that. They have been known for years for their thoughtful, creative and fun sense of fashion. The staff is warm and friendly. If you are in the Boston area - check it out!
I saw the vegan leather wallets and wanted one as a gift for my sister’s engagement.. but with all the colors bought one for me too. The delivery was beautiful- and the product has been awesome! I love it- and the videos are super helpful for someone like me that is horrible at shopping!
I have purchased a couple dresses and a clutch from Susanna’s via Facebook/instagram. All purchases are exactly what I was hoping for and arrived within 48 hours (shipping to Iowa!) Thank you to Amy and the Susanna’s Staff for great products and service :)
