Got surprised with some flowers & they're so beautiful!!!
Mrs Susana contacted me about my order today for our anniversary. To be delivered at my wife office. I was in Dallas as this year was difficult as I had a heart transplant 9 months ago My wife works in the Consulate of Spain and with security their was Difficulty making a delivery on Friday in the galleria to the consulate. After chatting with Susana she promptly issued a full refund to me.
Delivered absolutely beautiful flowers to my mom in the hospital on a Sunday! Everyone who comes into her room has commented on how beautiful they are. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I wish I could recommend this florist like others have but unfortunately I can’t. Had an arrangement sent to me that was delivered to my door and taken inside within moments of delivery. Not more than 3 days later all flowers had wilted. Within 5 days of being delivered they were all dead!! Totally unacceptable to spend $100+ on a floral arrangement only to have them start to wither and die less than 72hrs after delivery.
Horrible business skills. Owner is super unprofessional
