I passed by since it said that they were opened, we pull up and door says opened 9am-2pm. It was locked so I called, first time they answered and said hello but then they proceeded to keep talking to another person they were with saying bad words in Spanish. I hung up and called again and was sent straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional
Disappointed at the lack of lilys, the reason my husband even got this $55 arrangement ($90 after “service” fees) This is what was delivered. The main flowers are just completely gone. However, because he ordered through Ava’s flowers, it has been impossible to have customer service help, they were supposed to request a replacement in return of this arrangement and it never happened.
