Dr. Volentine was recommended to me by a friend. Dr. Volentine was wonderfully supportive and kind throughout the assessment process. She answered my many questions, has a lot of experience to draw from, and the whole process was prompt and thorough. The one on one assessment with Serena went very smoothly and she was pleasant and kind. Now a few months into having results in hand, both a school resource and another therapist have commented that the resulting report was comprehensive and done very well. I am not sure why this woman is allowed to treat and test people, I regret the day I picked up the phone and called her. It's just the worst customer service and experience. Both Brigitte and Volentine do not know how to speak to children nor conduct tests with them.

Volentine and her Bridgette were both very rude when I was assessed. If you hate your job switch. I came in at such a vulnerable point in my life and wanted a little education on what I was being diagnosed with, instead the examiner (Hann) gave me attitude majority of the time -- and Volentine when the results were given to me said, OK, are you going to pay me now? I saw Susan from 2007-2014 and she was wonderful. She diagnosed my bipolar disorder during our first meeting. I live in Alabama now but it’s probably worth the trip.
