She was very easy to talk to and very professional. She listened attentively, took notes, and asked appropriate follow up question to gain understanding.
Warm office environment, Dr. was on time and very professional. Dr. Young treated me with respect and was genuinely interested as we talked. She seemed to be focused on our time together. Very pleased with my appointment.
late for every appointment. Irritated facial expressions and abrasive body language. Doesnt read materials I wrote. Doesnt read or answer emails. Takes almost no notes. No continuity to sessions. Wasnt helpful at all. Did more harm than good. Very opinionated about parenting with nothing to back up her opinions. Contradicts herself. Cannot see patients earlier than 2 weeks between sessions. Lied about being able to see me weekly. Didnt return calls.
