Gives 100%and more! Susan gives so much of herself to her clients to make sure they are fully content. She was always available anytime we called and answered all of questions and concerns. Susan has an amazing personality and is quite funny. She made this process fun. I feel like we found the best Realtor in Lexington and made a new friend in the process!

Susan is a wonderful real-estate agent. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable. . As a first-time homebuyer, I had no clue where to begin. Susan was always extremely communicative, patient, and went above and beyond to get my questions answered. Excellent! . I have worked Miss Wilburn on 3 different housing deals in the last 4yrs, and they all have gone really well!!! She listens to her clients, and picks out excellent properties based on her clients needs. She is extremely knowledgeable about the central kentucky real estate market and their valuations.
