Susan West was such a blessing to us in the recent sale of our previous home. She was helpful during the initial process of devising the sales plan and price. She was enthusiastic and energetic in following through with that plan – open houses, advertising, and other steps. Because we had already moved to our new home, she did appropriate staging and always made sure that the house was ready for showings. Susan did an excellent job helping us. She helped us with the relocation from Louisiana to Georgia. We worked with her again to sell and buy another house. She helped with suggestions for work to prepare for the sale which maximized our sales price at the top end of comps. She was able to provide contacts to good contractors. Very good local knowledge.
