Susan was amazing! She knows her stuff and was very easy to work with. I knew exactly where I stood each phase of the process. If there were any issues, she resolved promptly. She had contacts for me if I needed any assistance with insurance, contractors, etc. I would highly recommend her. I would definitely use her again!
