They don't return phone calls, horrible customer service. They make claims that they're busy constantly that they're helping other customers which is an obvious lie. They don't care about anything but receiving payment. I recommend you go elsewhere for insurance needs. Even if you want State Farm, seek another agent.
(9/17/24) Had this lady for the last 4 years, never missed a payment. First sight of a claim and she folded like a piece of paper. My roof was hail damaged & started leaking into my house. Claim issued was to replace drywall inside but not the roof, $900 for drywall replacement was all but with a $1500 deductible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, SUSAN VERMETTE & CO. are absolutely worthless to provide any type of insurance. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENT!
