Dr. Ulmer is amazing. She is not only the best OB but the best doctor all around I have ever had. She is kind and professional, knowledgeable, an excellent surgeon and patiently takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. She did a wonderful job delivering my first baby and I am so thankful she will deliver my second one in a few weeks.
