I recently used Susan's services to purchase a home. She was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond. I could not recommend using anyone else in Grey Bruce!
Susan Terry was the top sales person in Saugeen Shores and I had personally met her several times over the years. Susan is a great listener and helped us and was always available to answer questions we had. Selling a home is hard work mentally and physically! I would recommend Susan to anyone selling their home. She knows everything going on in this area! Thanks again Susan!
Took the time to here our needs and provide feed back on how the market was doing. Answered all our questions and always got back to us no matter what time of day it was. Had a very positive experience and would highly recommend her service.
Susan Terry worked with us to ensure our home sale was maximized. From ads to open houses, advice and to up to date photos. It was a pleasure to work with Susan on the sale of our home.
Susan and her team helped us with the buying of a new home as well as selling. Her expertize and knowledge helped us navigate a tricky market and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Totally recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.
