A year ago we agreed to make flower arrangements for Susan Strauss designs. We were offered half of the payment in money, and half of the payment in professional photos that we would be able to use for our marketing. We never received the photos. We have been getting the runaround for a year now.... no photos, no returned emails or phone calls....VERY unprofessional.
