If you are a veteran, DO NOT use this appraiser. She will undervalue your home. Susan Speer is rude and unprofessional. Her appraisal assessment completely ruined my mortgage refinance process. I have been forced to take measures to dispute her biased assessment of my home's value.

Veterans do not use her to appraise your property! She will under value your property and hides behind the VA name. She becomes unprofessional when confronted or questioned.
Never again! Dishonest appraiser!!!!!!
