great great David was helpful, courtesy and very prompt
This was the best thing that ever happened to us when we moved to Michigan three years ago. So far they have not only managed our truck insurance and shown us how to suspend it while we’re away, they also found a way for us to get liability insurance before we build our own house. Once we have our own place we’ll need more insurance of course. I can’t believe the patience of Brenda there at the agency when I never seem to get everything quite right with my requests!
We just went through our annual policy review with Brenda. She was both very professional and knowledgeable and even laughed at most of my dad jokes!
Everytime I call all of the workers I talk to are very polite and helpful to me. I always get cards from them for all the holidays and my birthday and it makes my day to read the cards and all the names on them. I am very happy with the price I pay also.
