Brenda did a great job helping with my policy renewal throughout the whole process. She requested checking account information from me to make the annual renewal but I was driving and couldn’t give her the information. I told her I would call her back as it was due in about a week. Of course I forgot but Brenda texted me the morning it was due and reminded me it was due. Very nice job Brenda!
