I’ve been Dr. Susan Changs patient since I was about 8 and I turn 31 this year I truly don’t know what I’ll do when she retires. She’s the only dentist I’ll go to if I can help it, she’s helped me manage my dental health for years and through quite a few insurance changes I’ve always had a very easy time getting ahold of her front desk and her staff have always been very kind. The other dentist did my teeth cleaning and gave me a quote of expensive crown plan. Came to Dr. Susan, she did the filling with a very reasonable price. In fact it will be the same price as I have to paid in Mexico if I don’t have a dental insurance. Her goal is to help out the patient, not just to make money.
Dr. Chang has been my dentist for 25 years. Her cleaning is thorough and her work has been reliable. I have returned, traveling 20 miles to do so.
Visited two times. The second time teeth cleaning is very unprofessional, they numbed my gum again and again, but still feeling hurt during the cleaning process. Also, they charged at the days I visited. But later when I received my claim statement from dental insurance, I found the charged amount is more than claim statement.
