I had a great buying experience with Susan Schein, but my experience with the warranty is that they are pretty much useless, they have included so many out clauses that they always have one so they don't have to cover anything, and for the service department, I wouldn't count on being able to use them, they were no help to me and acted like they didn't want to work on my truck, I finally had to take it to a Ford dealership for repairs, just to find out that the vehicle had apparently been in a flood which was not on the car ... read more

ASK for Vicki!!! I just had to buy 2 cars for my boys unexpectedly. They were pretty specific about what they wanted. I sent out some car requests to local places. I was lied to by Simeon and manager Johnny. Then both tried to act like I was the liar. I actually have proof, thank God for that. I do not trust this dealership anymore, this was also the 5th car my family had bought from them. Well, not anymore. Manager Johnny Musso did help and made, what he could, right. I bought a f250 and was assured it was a good truck. From the first week I’ve had the truck it’s been nothing but problems. It’s only costing me money, because I purchased the truck for a work vehicle I have to keep it running. I would not recommend buying anything from them. After you purchase the vehicle they do not care. I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of. This has been a terrible a expensive experience. Oh and don’t get the $2500 warranty. Mr. Simeon Willians went above and beyond to accommodate me for this vehicle purchase by coming in early and staying late ensuring the deal was closed. I came in with one mindset but Simeon patiently explained the obstacles I was up against. Consequently, I ended up with a newer car with less miles and an extremely low payment.
