Had a great experience dropping a stone off to get a custom ring made back in October. The artist, Lexi, texted me with an update, then contact abruptly stopped end of October. I finally called the store to see what was going on and was told that the artist quit, they had to take a day to actually locate my stone, and because the price of gold has increased, setting my stone is going to cost over $800 more than I was quoted.
