Absolutely phenomenal jewelry store! The in-person experience exceeds all expectations. They also have an amazing website, which I love using when I’m not in Dallas.
I walked in and they helped fix my favorite earrings that I ran over with my car. Wonderful service and very friendly!
I brought in a bracelet that was very special to me but had broken, and they did an amazing job fixing it. They were so kind and brought out the jeweler. He explained everything about the repair process so I knew exactly what to expect. When I got it back, it looked as good as new—maybe even better! I’m so grateful they were able to restore something that means so much to me. I’ll definitely come back here for any future repairs or jewelry needs. Highly recommend!
Susan Saffron made the process of buying the engagement ring for my Fiancé so easy and seamless. Working with Lexi was great and would recommend her as well as this place to anyone.
I have been to a few of Susan Saffron’s trunk shows and events and I must say they know how to make a martini and throw a party. I have a three band ring that I wear everyday from there and I am constantly getting stopped about it. I come in all the time just to get it cleaned and they are so cute in there. Im all for the girls at Susan Saffron and waiting for their next party!!!
