I started off just by browsing through the site taking in all the beautiful, handmade jewelry. I found something I LOVED but wanted to make some adjustments to. Sure enough I got immediate assistance from the designer behind the scenes. After careful selection of metals and stones, I was able to customize a dream piece to exactly match a vintage set of earrings. Huge thanks to all the help and consideration I got. Would absolutely revisit and buy again!!
Susan's work is absolutely beautiful and high quality. I had the chance to meet her at a craft fair in the Burlington, VT area. Not only was she wonderful to talk to, but her customer service was top notch. My mom found a tourmaline bracelet and separate tourmaline earrings she loved, and Susan offered on the spot to change out the earring setting from silver to gold so it would match the bracelet better. I ended up ordering a tourmaline necklace off the website and it was shipped really quickly, and I received it so much faster than I anticipated.
