My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for years. I can not recommend her enough. She is thorough and has great bed side manner. She listened to every concern I had, which were quite a lot. Thank me later!
Dr. Ramirez is fine as far as GPs go.Now communication with her front staff is lacking. My brother has disability paperwork from part of his disablity past work place that is waiting to be filled out sitting at her office for the past few weeks. We've yet to get an answer why the Dr. has not filled it out. I have explained it is time sensitive, and if it is out of her scope of practice to fill this out I would've asked another Dr. in my brothers care team in Chicago.
