Too many mistakes made by office staff. Unreliable information provided by staff. Ridiculous wait times, crowded waiting room before COVID. Dr. is extremely quick to refer to a specialist, though my prior doctor (now retired) was happy to handle simple medical requests. Cold bedside manner.
The wait time is always an hour or more and the office staff are terrible at returning phone calls; they also rarely leave a message if they do return your call.
She's fine if you don't mind waiting for hours. Asked other patients and it seems it is typical to wait for an hour or more. Too busy to spend more than a few minutes with you. Ridiculous and callous.
Love my doctor, Rae! She takes her time only because you're worth it. Office staff up front (receptionist and phlebotomist) are amazing and cane multi-task to the best of their abilities. Dr. Rae listens and is open to comments from her patient. My entire family has known Dr Rae and her staff for over ten years and we wouldn't want it any other way! Amazing doctor and I'm super picky!
