Initially had my first appointment first time seeing the physician. They did not do bloodwork or a P sample. I had to call and schedule to get the blood work three weeks after the initial appointment. And then the physician herself told me she was going to send out three referrals. But I only wrote one on the office paper. I had to continually call argue to get the other referrals done. I love Ms Rachel and all her staff. She has always took care of me with deep honest concern and explains everything completely. The entire staff is awesome. I love them all but Stephanie at the front desk is amazing, never short with you and always helpful when I need refills. If you're not already a patient of Ms Rachel you are surely missing out.
