Susan and her entire staff are upbeat, encouraging, patient, concerned, and bring fun to the sometimes grueling process of rehabilitation. With sincere interest in how progress is going, and a professional underpinning that properly protects the privacy of patients and seeks physician guidence when necessary, she pushes as needed and backs off if appropriate.
