Very unprofessional and a Liar! Would you want someone to represent you who NEVER calls you when she said she will. She didn’t even bother to send me the RPA when she said she will. She was a LA on a property that my boys loved. I had her represent me in so she can work on getting my offer accepted. It’s telling when her team member quit on her. I’ve been a home buyer for over 20 years and she’s is the WORST agent I’ve ever meet. I don’t like to write negative reviews on anyone but this one takes the cake.

Susan came highly recommended. I see why. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market, especially in our neighborhood in RSM, CA. Her expertise and negotiation skills (along with amazing staging and marketing of the property) led to 4 offers....even before the Open House. Two offers were well above the asking price. Thank you to Susan and her FANTASTIC TEAM for making the selling process go so smoothly!!!

Susan takes the time to make the property present correctly. The twilight pictures, the staging, recommendations of quick changes are spot on. Her business acumen and knowledge of market competition is key. I never would have thought I could ge the money for my properties she has. I will use her services with any sell, purchase or rental.
