Susan Pease Banitt is a healing wonder woman! Her book, The Trauma Toolkit is invaluable for anyone seeking improved self-care living with trauma. Her counseling style is so therapeutic for sensitive souls, you feel heard and understood on such a deep level, it makes soul work and emotional work very fluid and with greater ease than I’ve experienced with other counselors/therapists.
