Susan put together a vacation for my sister and I to go to Florida on July 19-24 2020. We got to go to this vacation and we had an awesome time and did very thing we wanted to do for the 5 days that we were there. We will definitely plan more vacations with Susan Parr Travel agency as they were awesome to work with during this hard time of not knowing for sure if we were going to be able to go. Sliced bread has nothing on Susan Parr‘s tours! Susan Parr‘s we went to Tanzania in 2017 and had a fantastic tour. We’re back with her again to go to New Zealand and Australia. She’s that good!
I have used Susan Parr Travel for a number of years. I have been living in Florida for the past 5.5 years and despite the distance, Susan is always prompt in providing quotes, issuing tickets and/or booking cruises. I recently was unable to fly due to American Airlines computer failure. Susan was able to get a refund on my ticket. She offers exemplary service, and it is always a pleasure to talk with her.
Love working with Susan! She finds me the best deals even though I'm a last minute traveler - and she's always there in an emergency. If something goes wrong in your travel plans it's so comforting to have Susan on your side instead of being stuck with one of the internet travel apps...
