My husband and I saw this Dr. twice about some very serious symptoms he was experiencing.Although she listened to us, she did not seem to take his problems seriously.She didn't order any tests. She did ask to see him back, but when we returned she talked with us for a few minutes and quickly ended the appointment. She was quick to dismiss a previous diagnoses by another doctor, but did not offer any diagnoses or answers of her own. It seemed as if she didn't want to bother with more than an easy case.
I had an emergency situation with my mom who had been misdiagnosed in the emergency room with a migraine when she was actually having a stroke. Dr. Pansing’s office staff, especially Lesley, were amazing about helping me immediately, following up and getting me care right away with Dr. Pansing. Dr. Pansing jumped through incredible hoops to help my mom right when she needed it. She was caring, kind, patient, efficient and totally committed to helping my mom.
