Susan Sibley ARNP helped me request home healh care/pt by initiating orders to my insurance company/ Carilon after Dr. Bankusli and Dr. Donnelly suggested care since my mobility has been impaired very much in last year due to aging: osteoporosis fractures and need of a hip replacement, etc. Thank goodness Dr. Bankusli noticed no mental decline, and I do handle all my financial and necessary matters very well. I have been seeing Sue for my medical care for 20 years...that speaks volumes! I will miss her at Diagnostic Clinic and hope I can find out where she lands next.
Sue Sibly was patient, and kind. However, I felt very disrespected by her office support. While trying to make an appointment, get information,and explain my situation, I was given hurtful lash back. I was judged, and blown off by Donna, her appointment scheduler. today. I'm very ill, and it would've made a world of difference
