I wanted to take my son here but after speaking with the extremely confrontational front desk person I decided I will have to find another doctor. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but as a first time patient who has worked for hoag hospital I feel like her demeanor and overall attitude was extremely uncalled for. Who wants to deal with that drama when trying to find good care for their kids
My three youngest kids have all gone to Dr. O'Neil. In the 16 years years I've known her she's been wonderful. She's knowledgeable, patient, and great with the kids.
We’ve been going to Dr. O’Neil for 6 years, since moving to TW. I appreciate the care and time she takes with her patients and that she listens to both the parents and the child regarding medical concerns we may have. Everyone at this office is professional, courteous and patient, and that’s great for their patients!
Just called this place only spoke to front desk and they were extremely rude and impatient with me. I did not get to meet the doctor but if front desk is this rude i would never want to take my child there.
