Susan Nelson now works in Westminster, and wow am I glad she moved! She is really extraordinary!! She listens and really cares. She listens to your concerns, asks questions and is not afraid to order tests and send you to specialists when warranted. Her bedside manner is a 5+ stars.
NP Nelson is amazing! She gets 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The front desk staff has changed since I initially started coming to the Hagerstown office. My last two interactions with the staff have been subpar. They aren’t pleasant, don’t sound like they enjoy the job. Aren’t helpful, lack in the customer service area, not polite, not resourceful, lacking in other areas that I won’t address.
