Susan is the best agent to have on your side when buying or selling property! I went through a half dozen agents before I found her over 30 years ago. Now I wouldn't use anyone else! Susan is incredible. Her stellar real estate knowledge is matched by her incredible helpfulness and kindness. We sold a house in Springfield while living in Texas. There were many steps and Susan was there for each one. She had contacts for all the extras we needed for help with and for our tenant, a handyman, and inspection teams. Susan has eons of experience and you definitely want her in your corner at negotiations. Also, she patiently answered all of my questions even though I'm a pesky first time home buyer. She takes her job seriously, and is professional and an overall joy to have around!!!
