I have been coming here for so long I lost count after 8 years. They are patient and honest. If something needs to be done but can waited Drs. Drew and Millar will tell you. The staff are so sweet that I have almost no anxiety going to the dentist now. The doctor will refer you out to an endodontist if necessary, but they really do try to save you money and will do whatever they can before referring you to a specialist. This review is specifically about the front office staff, particularly Shannon. I want to make it clear that Dr. Drew Almodóvar has been nothing short of amazing. After years of trying to find a dentist who genuinely cares, he has been the first one who has made me feel heard and truly wants to help. Dr. Almodovar and his team make what I often dread into something genuinely pleasant. The staff are warm and efficient from the moment I walk in. Dr. Almodovar takes the time to explain everything clearly, the kind of competence that actually puts you at ease rather than just telling you to relax. Been going to this dentist for nearly 2 decades. Dental hygenists are very organized and communicative as to what they are doing. Billing is upfront with no surprise bills months down the line. Recently had an implant done, and the process, although longer than other places that advertise same day, was explained as to why it needed to be that way. Dr. Drew took the time to make sire the implant had the proper bite, and is a bit of a perfectionist.
