For someone who claims that she like thick brows, my naturally thick brows were taken down not only too thin but too narrow. I pointed out the fact that she took too much off one side, using the proper measuring technique. She made an excuse using the I am professional and I know better attitude. Now my once thick dark brows look pathetic. They are way too narrow and thin for my face shape. Her work is outdated so unless you want a look from the 90's, AVOID.

Susan Melching came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. I had rapidly thinning eyebrows and was tired of trying to draw them in myself-they never came out right. Susan spent an hour just drawing my eyebrows in to get a shape and color that I liked. The pigment application part was not bad thanks to powerful topical anesthetics. Ms. Melching is a consummate professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else w/ ink and a needle in their hand to touch my face. She has been at this for years and is absolutely the best around. Think how hard it is to draw your OWN eyebrows on perfectly symmetrically. Now imagine doing that w/ permanent ink! Trust her. She's the best.

Due to an autoimmune condition, I have no eyebrows or eyelashes. Drawing them on several times a day for my whole adult life was a pain to say the least. Having her do permanent make up was absolutely the BEST thing I have EVER and I do mean EVER done for myself. Just the Best Brows!!!! – I have been an Esthetition and an Instructor for over 30 years I would not allow just anyone to do Permanent Makeup on me. When they say permanent they mean it! Susan did my eyeliner almost 18 years ago and it is still perfect. EXCELLENT Service, EXCELLENT Staff, EXCELLENT Results – Susan resculpted my eyebrows, provided laser treatment to removed calcium deposits on my eyes , did Lymphobiology to help the healing process and a facial. Love my Eyebrows Susan, My eyes look great without the deposits around my eyes and all the product suggestions are perfect for my skin. My face has never felt so good or look so good. Bad Customer Service etc. – I had my eyebrows and eye liner done at SMSC. The liner is okay but the brows have been a nightmare. I'm a natural blonde and everyone thinks I color my hair because my eyebrows are CHARCOAL GRAY. The shape is great, I give her that but they changed color and she doesn't care. There's NO customer service. Susan Melching – I paid $600 to have my eyebrows tattooed because they are blond. The first time they were VERY light and couldn't tell. 30-45 days later I went back for the retouch (included) w/ my color of pencil that I use and she darkened. HOWEVER, after the color settled and all my eyebrows grew back they were still too light and nowhere near the color of my pencil.
