Dr McDowell was and is incredible in her expertise and down to earth nature. She takes such time to understand, communicate and work with an option that I was comfortable. She presented risks and what to expect and always welcomed my questions at every stage. Before, the day of and post op Dr. McDowell always came from kindness and my outcome is one that I am so grateful for.
Outstanding experience. From diagnostics to surgery and follow up. She's brilliant, takes the time to answer all questions and make you feel truly cared for. Highly recommend.
