I had the pleasure of working with Susan Mattern of EXP Realty on a recent rental transaction in Downingtown. Susan was professional, easy to work with, and always quick to respond to property owners' questions. Her communication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I look forward to working with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and responsive Realtor.

Susan is wonderful to work with. With her many years of experience, she really knows the ins and outs of the market, especially in Chester County, PA. Her local knowledge makes a huge difference, whether it’s finding the right neighborhood or navigating the process smoothly. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, approachable, and truly has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend Susan!

As a mortgage lender, I’ve worked with a number of realtors in the area, but Susan Mattern always puts her clients needs first! She makes certain they have the best terms whether they are buying or selling. She’s a strong negotiator with experience and integrity. We have many happy clients and a few who loved her so much, they recommend her to friends and family members!
