Her jewelry is gorgeous.Very knowledgeable and very patient, in helping me design a ring for my birthday. Shared with us how she got started in making her jewelry and how in high school she learned a technique that I hadn’t heard of. As I had learned in high school a Technique called centripetal force ,lost wax process in making rings ,bracelets and lost wax items. Have purchased several items for my wife from Susan Marie. Most recent was a modification to her wedding ring for our 25th anniversary which thrilled my wife. We have always been impressed by the uniqueness of her designs and quality of her work. Susan Marie has never "pushed" on any of our purchases. She works to understand what you are looking for and she gives you her honest opinion as to what should and won't work. Never been disappointed.
Top quality gems. My friend and I went in to look st the beautiful work and Bill, the gentleman behind thevout we, was so helpful in taking time to talk about all the pieces we were interested in, the science of some of the gems, and the uniqueness of the designs. Just customer service alone I recommend this place. Amazing service. Bill was so genuine and honest.
