Quite literally the trashiest apartments I've ever lived in. I signed a lease in June and they still haven't fixed what was supposed to be fixed before we moved in. By their own rules you're supposed to run the bathroom fan after taking a shower to prevent mold, but we've never had a working fan. 2 of our "new" bedroom doors have obvious water damage. Not worth renting at this place. Expensive for the units and we can’t even put what we want on the deck that we are paying for. We had to move to a different unit after complaining about a neighbor for so long. We told the office about the neighbor and they didn’t do anything UNTIL they came into our apartment unannounced and drunk in the middle of the night. Office never answers emails in a timely manner and when they do they aren’t helpful. All they ever do is “hand out notices”Trashy and messy around some apartments and t... read more

Was so happy to move in here. The manager at the time so great.. I'm sorry he left.. found out to many restrictions and that was kind of ok. It is called favorite with some things.. outside
They are an excellent place, but the service is terrible. I had a humidity problem in my apartment and they took me out immediately without giving me a place to stay. They also didn't give me time to take out my basic furniture. I looked for accommodation on my own, but the repairs took too long. Forced me to demand that they take responsibility and give me a place to stay with my children, they gave it to me but they still charged me in addition to the rent they charged me from the other apartment, something that seemed out... read more
