The ONLY negative thing I've experienced going here is that they seem to think people should sit in the waiting room 15 to 20 minutes past their appointment time. Once I got in, I've had nothing but praise about the staff and my confidence in their capabilities. When my insurance wouldn't pay them (MY error for not getting a referral due to a new insurance carrier) they were helpful in sorting it all out and then allowed me to pay in a couple installments.
Expect to wait at least 20 minutes after you get there. Every time.
