Susan left me a voicemail, begging me to leave her "5-star reviews" on Birdseye, Yelp & Google because she has got some bad ones. She said they were "drug users that had a bad outcome with the court". From what I read it's her communication skills that suffer. I have not had the plessure of using her services, but if you beg strangers for 5-star reviews how competent of an attorney could you possibly be?
Unprofessional and incompetent was the feeling I got once I hired Susan as my attorney, not only did she avoid and refuse to communicate with me as her client but used unprofessional language and conduct. Once she was paid in full she rescinded her agreements and only addressed what was simple and minimal to get by. Most people would make allegation that she is a low level attorney, I question her practice and Ethics. Working with Attorney Severtson was absolutely amazing. I had never been in or dealt with a lawsuit before and she was recommended to my by a close friend. After our first conversation I knew she was the Lawyer for me! Being this was my first and hopefully last time to go to court, she worked with me diligently and very patiently.
