Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She helped us find exactly what we wanted for our first home and was an amazing negotiator when it came to making an offer and everything that came after it. She has been extremely responsive and has helped us get through the process of buying a home, making everything as easy as it can be. She has connections with every great contractor alive which has been helpful too. 10/10 reccomend Susan every time!
Susan is amazing!! If I could give her more stars I would. She has been so helpful and communicative in this process. I knew that she had our best interest at heart. She helped us find the house we were looking for and to get over the obstacles that got in the way. I could not recommend her enough!

We just bought a house with Susan and she was amazing! Unlike many Realtors, she wasn't trying to sell us on every house we saw. She just wanted to help us find what we wanted, which was so nice! Plus, we ended up signing papers on two houses; the first had to get cancelled due to the condition of the house. But both of our offers were accepted because she wrote us a great letter to go along with the offer!
Susan is an expert in her field! She knows the market, how to negotiate, and she will help teach you all the things that come with buying a house. Plus, she has got great connections for anything house related (painters, lenders, appliance vendors, etc.). Additionally, Susan is very personable and kind. She is more interested in helping you find the right home, rather than just making a sale. We wouldn’t work with anyone other than Susan, she is the best!
