Susan was amazing in every step of the way! My daughter was awarded what we thought was very fair in her favor. Couldn’t have asked for a better attorney!
Susan took the time to talk with me when she was very busy and I didn't have an appointment. At times, It seems there aren't many good people still walking around. She's definitely one of them. 1/2 a STAR NOT A WHOLE STAR. I am not rating the attorney because we never saw him. Entered the office at 2:30. Girl said "fill this out he'll be right with you". I took it back to desk, stood there about 5 minutes and she didn't acknowledge I was even there. I left it and sat back down. Another girl came in that worked there. They chatted about a 3:30 appointment and someone wasn't there. Then the receptionist friend came in and they chatted about their kids. Still, not a word to Rob or me.
